Welcome to the Mid Georgia Apartment Association. Founded in 1988, MGAA is Middle Georgia's leading organization for the apartment industry-acting as a voice for legislative concerns, providing educational opportunities to encourage professional growth, and keeping members informed on issues that affect the industry.
The Mid Georgia Apartment is a multifamily housing trade association in central Georgia, and serves the following counties: Bibb, Bleckley, Butts, Crawford, Crisp, Dodge, Dooley, Hancock, Jasper, Johnson, Jones, Lamar, Laurens, Macon, Monroe, Pike, Pulaski, Putnam, Spalding, Treutlen, Twiggs, Upson, Washington, Wilcox, and Wilkinson.
